Do Not Issue Driving License for Expats Below 4000 Salaried – Shoura Member


Dr. Fahad Bin Juma, a member of Shoura Counsil proposes last day do not issue drivers license below 4,000 riyals salaried expats other than house drivers and legally recruited drivers.

These low-income group can’t afford traffic penalties, many foreigners are employed freely by driving licenses and this create difficulty to find jobs for Citizens.

Control on driving license issue will help to reduce traffic congestion and accidents.

Increasing Foreign labors is a real threat to national security economically and socially he added

I think Saudi govt official are gone case. They don’t know just because of expat their country is running. Otherwise their people are useless n good for nothing. They should thanks expat and welcome legals.

There is a crunch in saudi economy levy on dependent in against the human rights. If Saudi arabia is not interested with expatriates then they should stop issuing the visa rather creating trouble after landing
