Coming Back To KSA On Expired Exit Re-Entry Visa
Here we are discussing the possibilities of coming back to Saudi Arabia on a new visa after leaving the Kingdom on an exit re-entry visa.
CASE#1 Come back on Expired Visa
Simply you cannot come back to Saudi Arabia. But there is a chance, If you are interested to come back to Saudi Arabia then you should contact your Sponsor and if your Sponsor wants you to come back then you can proceed: How to Extend Expired Exit Re-Entry Visa
But first should make sure that your Iqama must be valid. In case of expired iqama, your Sponsor cannot return you back. But if your iqama is still valid then Your Sponsor or Company can bring you back within seven months of your expired Exit/Re-entry visa. Your Kafeel or Company’s HR department authority visit to Jawazat/Passport office and submit your document, fill a related application after this procedure Jawazat/Passport department give a yellow slip after this your Sponsor or Company will write a request letter to Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for getting permission to come back in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after overstayed vocations. This Application letter should be attested from the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Your Sponsor will send to you all related documents and you will submit these all documents that you received from your Sponsor, Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Once Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia approved your visa, you will come back in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within 7 days
CASE# 2 Come back on New Visa
As per the law, exit re-entry visa violator will have 3 years ban for re-entering to the Kingdom on a new visa. If you leave the country on re-entry visa and cannot return before the date of expiry, then you will be banned from re-entering to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the next 3 years. However, no ban to enter any other Gulf Countries in this period.
