Checking for Residency Violations From Wednesday- MOI

The Ministry of Interior announced the launch of a Joint operation which aimed to track and crackdown residence permit violations with concerned Government authorities from next Wednesday, November 15, 2017.

The extended amnesty period will end on November 15, 2017.

As a part of the national campaign “A Nation Without Illegal Expatriates,” 90 days grace period allowed to violators to leave the Kingdom without reporting the violation was started on March 25th, 2017., After that the grace period extended 2 more times.

I LANDED IN SAUDI ARABIA ON 17TH NOVEMBER 2017 BY AN EMPLOYMENT VISA.
AFTER LANDING I AM JOINING MY COMPANY AS A POST OF MECHANICAL ENGINEER. BUT PROBLEMS IS THAT MY COMPANY IN RED CATEGORY. I UNDERSTAND THAT RED CATEGORY COMPANY CAN’T ISSUSE IQAMA. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I DO TO GET IQAMA OR IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO TO MY COUNTRY INDIA.
