Use the regulator’s terminology

In the United States, FDA’s published marketing-order material distinguishes regulatory decisions and pathways. A submitted application or a registration reference should not be rewritten as a granted marketing order. Identify the specific record rather than relying on a logo or a seller’s summary.

Read the scope

A regulatory document concerns specified products and conditions. Check the product identity and the document’s current status before describing its scope. This journal does not certify the legal status of Geek Bar, Foger or Alibarbar products and does not provide jurisdiction-specific legal advice.

Keep the link with the statement

A useful article provides the original regulatory page, the date checked and the exact question being discussed. Avoid a generic approval badge that cannot be traced to a document. Readers should be able to follow the record without relying on our interpretation.
