Scope before conclusions
We publish original analyses of public documentation. Each article starts with a defined question rather than a rating to justify. Brand dossiers keep related articles together without implying that all devices within a brand share specifications or regulatory status.
Source handling
We identify first-party, regulatory and editorial sources by role. A first-party description is attributed as a publisher statement. Repetition of the same source is not counted as independent corroboration. A record that cannot be verified remains unresolved.
Tests and measurements
This launch edition contains no physical product tests. We do not invent battery results, puff counts, flavor panels or author credentials. Any future hands-on work would require a distinct evidence label, sample information, method and limitations.
Revision discipline
An article’s publication date is not its source date. Material corrections should identify the change and the supporting document. Cosmetic edits do not create new testing evidence. Our corrections page explains the current workflow.
